The DiaPress series of forming oils is based on low-aromatic base oils. These oils are free from chlorine, heavy metals, and oil mist, and offer high resistance to aging and a stable viscosity–temperature profile. By using physiologically safe, high-performance EP (Extreme Pressure) additives , they achieve maximum pressure resistance even under high thermal loads.
DiaPress forming oils are surface-active, adhesive, and provide excellent wetting and release properties. They are also easy to spray and pump.
Our DiaPress series can be used in all forming processes, with different viscosities available for optimal adaptation to existing spray and pumping systems.
Note: DiaPress can be used for all cold-formed steels but is not suitable for non-ferrous metals.
